Solution-Dyed Fabric

In solution-dye, we firstly add a dye to melted polymer during the spinning or extrusion process. These small particles are spun into yarn, fabric and shaped. As a result, the fibres and yarns are completely saturated with high colour fastness pigments coming out of the dies in one step.

Compared to conventional dyeing processes, fabrics dyed with the solution not only offer excellent colour-fastness, but also better resistance to washing and sunlight. Also, this method of dyeing saves an enormous amount of water and energy. The process not only has a positive effect on colour-fastness, it is also more environmentally friendly.

This dyeing process considerably reduces water consumption and CO2 emissions, making it more environmentally friendly than traditional dyeing processes. Although solution-dyed fabrics offer better performance, they are slightly more expensive.
